Healing Sessions (Bodywork)
These sessions are for people who feel tense, depleted, or disconnected from their bodies and want to slow down and reset.
Many people arrive carrying stress, emotional weight, or physical tension they cannot fully explain. Talking can help, but it is often not enough on its own. The body needs to be included for real change to happen.
This work offers a grounded, body-based way to release what you have been holding and reconnect with yourself.
I often say that our issues live inside our tissues. These sessions are designed to work with that directly.
Is This for You
Healing sessions may be a good fit if you feel tense, tired, overwhelmed, or unable to fully relax. They can also be supportive if you are navigating a period of stress, transition, burnout, or emotional pressure and feel that your body is carrying most of it.
You do not need to know exactly what is wrong. You only need to feel that something wants attention.
If you feel like you have trouble receiving, or give and do, and don’t know how to receive, this is a good way to get into the practice of it.
What Sessions Are Like
Each session is guided by how you arrive that day. There is no preset routine and no expectation that anything needs to happen.
We begin by slowing down and talking briefly about how you are feeling physically and emotionally, what feels most present, and what kind of support would feel helpful. From there, the session unfolds naturally.
The pace is gentle and unhurried. You do not need to perform, explain yourself, or process anything intellectually. The work follows what your body is ready for in that moment.
How I Work With the Body
My bodywork is grounded in Qi Gong principles and informed by years of hands-on experience. I work intuitively, listening for areas of tension, heaviness, or shutdown, and supporting the body in releasing what it is holding.
Depending on what is needed, sessions may include breathwork to calm the nervous system, hands-on bodywork to support circulation and relaxation, sound work using bowls or tuning forks, and aromatherapy to support grounding or ease.
These tools are used in service of the session, not as a checklist. Your body leads the process, and I follow.
Session Lengths
Healing sessions are offered in the following lengths:
60 minutes, for focused grounding and nervous system support
90 minutes, allowing more time for the body to settle and integrate
120 minutes, for a fully unhurried session and deeper release
If you are unsure which length is appropriate, we can discuss that during scheduling or at the beginning of your session.
What People Often Experience
Every session is different, but people commonly report feeling calmer, more settled in their bodies, and less tense. Many notice improved clarity, a sense of lightness, and the ability to rest more deeply.
This work is not medical treatment or therapy. It is a supportive, body-based approach to wellbeing, infusing energy that focuses on awareness, regulation, and connection.
Practical Details
Healing sessions are offered in person. Clothing, comfort, and boundaries are always discussed clearly. You are welcome to ask questions at any point before or during a session.
If you are unsure whether this is the right place to start, a consultation can help clarify.
