Healing Sessions (Bodywork)

Each session begins with a brief conversation about how you’re arriving that day. From there, the session unfolds using body-based practices chosen in the moment to support relaxation, grounding, and release.

No. Sessions are customized based on your needs, nervous system, and intentions that day.

Comfortable clothing is recommended. Any changes in clothing or positioning are discussed clearly and consensually.

Shorter sessions are good for focused support. Longer sessions allow more time for relaxation and integration. We can discuss what feels appropriate.
Tantric Coaching (Daoist Tantra)

This work involves intimacy and conscious touch, but it is not performance-based or goal-oriented. The focus is awareness, presence, and connection.
