Tantric Coaching (Daoist Tantra)

This work is for people who feel called to explore intimacy, vitality, and life-force energy in a deeper and more conscious way.

It is not focused on performance, fantasy, or pursuing intensity or specific outcomes. Instead, the work emphasizes slowing down, cultivating awareness, and creating a sense of safety within the body so authentic connection can emerge naturally.

Daoist Tantra, as I practice it, is a path of learning to stay present with life-force energy the same energy that supports vitality, emotional depth, creativity, and connection to life itself.

Through guided awareness, breath, conversation, and somatic practices, clients learn how to relate to sensation, emotion, and intimacy with greater presence and choice. The intention is not to push experiences, but to develop sensitivity, regulation, and a deeper relationship with one’s own energy and inner landscape.

This work is grounded in consent, clear communication, and respect for personal boundaries at all times.

Who This Work Is For

This work may be a good fit if you feel disconnected from yourself, from life, or from relationships or if intimacy brings confusion, anxiety, shutdown, or uncertainty.

You may notice recurring patterns around touch, desire, boundaries, or closeness that no longer feel supportive or aligned with who you are becoming.

Some people arrive with curiosity and little prior experience. Others have explored tantra or intimacy work before and are seeking an approach that feels more grounded, slower, and integrated.

You do not need to know exactly what you want before beginning.

What matters most is a willingness to communicate honestly, stay present with your experience, and move at a pace that respects your body and boundaries.

What Daoist Tantra Means in Practice

In this work, Daoist Tantra means learning how to stay connected to your body while experiencing sensation, closeness, emotional intimacy, and sexual energy.

Rather than accelerating arousal or chasing release, we focus on learning how to circulate and work with energy through breath, awareness, and nervous system regulation. We pay attention to what the body is responding to and adjust the pace accordingly.

This approach supports intimacy that feels integrated into daily life, emotional wellbeing, and creative expression rather than intense in the moment and disconnected afterward. It helps people build capacity for receiving sensation, connection, and emotional presence without overwhelm or shutdown.

How Sessions Work

Each session begins with a conversation. We talk through your intentions, boundaries, comfort level, and any questions you may have before anything else happens.

From there, the session unfolds based on what feels appropriate and aligned in the moment. Sessions may include coaching, breath awareness, and learning body-based practices, all guided by consent and ongoing communication.

The pace is slow and intentional because slowing down allows the nervous system to stay regulated while deeper awareness develops. You are encouraged to speak up, pause, or change direction at any time during the session.

What Sessions May Include

Depending on your needs and comfort level, sessions may include body-based practices that support relaxation and awareness, breath and presence work, and conscious, respectful touch focused on nervous system regulation.

Some sessions include coaching around communication, boundaries, and embodied awareness. Others focus more heavily on physical presence and sensation.

Not every element is included in every session. The work adapts to what is appropriate, agreed upon, and useful in that moment.

Boundaries, Consent, and Safety

Consent is central to this work and is discussed clearly before every session.

We talk in advance about boundaries, expectations, and comfort levels, and you remain free to pause, adjust, or stop the session at any time.

Touch is never assumed. Clothing, levels of touch, and any form of nudity are discussed explicitly and agreed upon beforehand.

Safety, choice, and respect are the foundation of this work.

Session Length and Format

Tantric coaching sessions have a minimum length of two hours.

Extended sessions of three to four hours are available for deeper exploration. Intensive experiences, including full-day or retreat-style sessions, are available for returning clients, particularly those traveling from out of town.

A complimentary consultation is required before booking tantric work to ensure clarity and alignment.

What People Often Experience

People often report feeling more relaxed and at ease in their bodies, more aware of sensation and emotion, and more confident communicating needs and boundaries.

This work is not about fixing you. It is about creating conditions where you can respond differently and more honestly to intimacy and connection.
