If you’re unsure which service is the best fit, I recommend starting with a complimentary 30-minute consultation. We’ll talk through what you’re experiencing and decide together what makes the most sense.

All sessions are booked intentionally and with care.

How Booking Works

  2. Select an available date and time

  3. Complete the booking details

  4. Follow any screening or intake steps sent after booking
