Deprogramming

You arrived here in this life with no manual. The first programs you ever ran were installed by people who were running theirs — every system you grew up inside, downloaded before you could choose. Most of it still runs.

Most people land somewhere between one and ten on how happy they are. Ask yourself honestly. Higher levels with decades of experience, everything seen, everything known, sitting at a five. You can be at your level and feel like a ten — that’s the whole point.

What separates them isn’t the number. It’s whether they’re actually here

Who This Is For

This is for you if you can admit your life isn’t fully yours yet. Not because something is wrong with you — because nobody’s programming came from them. You might be an eight noticing two missing points. You might be a two just starting to see the code. The only filter is whether you’re willing to look honestly at what’s running and take responsibility for what you rewrite.

How This Work Is Different

Mindset works on the thoughts you can see. Deprogramming goes to where those thoughts were installed — the beliefs, the survival strategies, the old code running before you had language for any of it. I don’t hand you new affirmations. I help you find the original program and decide, consciously, what stays. Most approaches help you navigate around the problem. I want to know why the problem exists.

What Sessions Are Like

The first session is listening. We slow down and you tell me what’s not working, what story you’re running, what you believe is real. From there we start tracing where that code came from and what it’s protecting. Some sessions stay reflective. Some get practical fast. All of them follow what’s actually alive in you that day, not a template.

Session Format

Sessions are typically sixty to ninety minutes and available in person or virtually. You may begin with a single session or choose a longer-term container for continuity and deeper integration. Coaching packages are available in twelve-session, twenty-four-session, and forty-eight-session formats, which roughly correspond to three, six, and twelve months of work. We will discuss what structure makes the most sense during the consultation.

What People Often Experience

People start catching old code mid-sentence. They notice when a reaction isn’t really about today — it’s an old program firing. Many say they feel more like the author of their life instead of a character in someone else’s script. This work isn’t about fixing you. It’s about helping you see yourself clearly enough to choose differently.

Next Steps

We start with a complimentary 30-minute conversation. No agenda, no pitch — just you, me, and an honest look at what’s running. If it feels right, we go deeper. If it doesn’t, you leave with more clarity than you came in with.
