What this work is about

At the core of this work is the understanding that even when life feels heavy or complicated, there is still room for balance and fulfillment.

We slow down enough to notice what’s actually happening in your mind and body.

From there, we begin to bring more balance, presence, and respect into your life, your relationships, and your connection with yourself.

This work is practiced. It’s lived.

And it often begins with a deep conversation about the life you’re living now — and the life you want to create.

What working together looks like

When you arrive, we don’t rush into anything.

We start any session by slowing down, talking,
and breathing.

We notice how you’re arriving that day: what feels tense, what feels challenging, what feels like a yes or a no.

Everything is guided by consent, communication, and your pace.

Every session unfolds based on what you actually need in the moment, not a template or a preset plan.

Mindset Coaching

In-person or virtual coaching for life transitions, clarity, and growth.

We look honestly at what isn’t working, where you feel stuck, unhappy, or caught in repeating patterns, and where the mind creates beliefs, habits, or behaviors that no longer serve you in your life right now.

My Daoist-based coaching focuses on harmony and balance rather than forcing change.

Healing Sessions

Somatic bodywork sessions that support your body in releasing tension and restoring balance.

I believe that our issues are hiding in our tissues. Each session combines elements of Qi Gong massage, breathwork, sound healing, and aromatherapy, based on how you arrive that day.

There’s no preset routine. We slow down, listen to what feels tight, heavy, or out of flow, and let the body guide what’s needed in the moment.

Tantric Coaching

Grounded, consent-based intimacy work rooted in Daoist Tantra.

Sessions may include coaching, connection practices, tantric techniques, and bodywork, with a strong focus on boundaries, intention, and clear communication.

This work is about learning safety in your body and building a more honest connection with yourself.
